CITY COMNIISSIONERS' REPORTS /COMMENTS <br />Commissioner Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Andrew Meadows — Seat No. 2 <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Sandra Solomon - Seat No. 3 <br />• Advised she had noticed that the house at 201 Carriage Hill Drive owned by the City had been demolished <br />and the site cleared up, and commended the Public Works Department for their efforts. <br />Vice Mayor Colleen Hufford — Seat No. 4: <br />• Reported she had attended the one -year anniversary of Bowigens Beer Company and it was a nice event. <br />She stated they are hoping to expand at some point. <br />• Advised that the Orlando Business Journal had printed a very nice article about City Manager Randy <br />Newlon and the Lake Concord Park project. She added that she would like to seethe City continue to <br />pursue new development while there is momentum from the success of this project. <br />Mayor Glancy — Seat No. 5: <br />Reported she had recently attended a meeting of Private Business Association of Seminole (PBAS), to <br />which the "east side" mayors had been invited to share information about their cities. She stated she had <br />presented an overview of the whole city, emphasizing the chain of lakes and the beautiful topography of <br />the City. She further stated she given an update on the City's commercial district and recent successes, <br />including the Lake Concord Park project. Mr. Newlon added that Mayor Glancy's presentation on the <br />City had been very well received by everyone in attendance at the meeting. <br />Advised she had attended the State of the County luncheon on February 18, 2016 at which County <br />Commissioner /Chairman John Horan had been the speaker. She noted that her fellow Commissioners <br />had also attended the luncheon and everyone agreed it had been a very good event and Commissioner <br />Horan had done a great job. <br />18. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business, Mayor Glancy adjourned the meeting at 7:51 p.m. <br />
