First Reading of Ordinance 16 -1439 - Medical Marijuana Regulations for Dispensaries and <br />Treatment Centers <br />Ordinance 16 -1439 provides for establishing medical marijuana regulations for dispensaries and treatment centers within <br />the City of Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 16 -1440 - Amending City Code Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverages <br />Ordinance 16 -1440 provides for amending Chapter 10, Alcoholic Beverages, in the City of Casselberry Code of <br />Ordinances. <br />C. First Reading of Ordinance 16 -1441- Charter Amendments <br />Ordinance 16 -1441 provides for six (6) proposed amendments to the City Charter to be placed on the August 30, 2016 <br />City election ballot. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to <br />be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - <br />Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, <br />discussion and action.) <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Casselberry Greenville Subdivision Site Plan (SPR 15 -17) <br />Consideration to approve SPR 15 -17, Casselberry Greenville, a 41 lot garden home community located on Seminola <br />Boulevard, is requested. <br />B. Award of 2015 -2016 Casselberry Neighborhood Improvement Grants <br />Consideration of applications recommended to receive a grant award under the Casselberry Neighborhood Improvement <br />Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2015 -2016 is requested. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Commission as a whole, not an individual City <br />Commissioner, a City staff member or another member of the audience.
