Approval of Legal Services Invoices Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 68079 - $23,190.68 Fisher & Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 22751- 977237 - $3,886.36 Luis R. Guzman, Esq., Invoice No. 22 - $330.00 B. Resolution 16 -2836 - Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for the Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project Design/Post Design Services Resolution 16 -2836 provides for Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 3 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Singhofen and Associates, Inc. for additional design/post design services for Project PW 1501 (2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project) in an amount not to exceed $12,461.00. C. Resolution 16 -2837 -Residential Solid Waste Consumer Price Index Adjustment Resolution 16 -2837 provides for consideration of a reduction in the monthly cost the City pays to Waste Pro of Florida for solid waste collection services, effective April 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016, based on the 2015 Consumer Price Index. D. Budget Amendment #16 -021 - Handheld Meter Reading Devices Budget Amendment #16 -021 provides for funding of two new handheld meter reading devices and software to update the City's current AutoRead platform for the Meter Service Division in the amount of $8,670. E. Casselberry Greenville Preliminary Plat Approval (SP 16 -01) Consideration for approval of the Casselberry Greenville preliminary plat for a garden home subdivision (Attachment A) located within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District is requested.
