Discontinued Suns; ULDR Section 3 -16.7 D <br />® CE-15-007144275 S Highway 17/92 <br />Randy Woofruff, Development Services Manager advised that the property was found to be in compliance, a Standing <br />Order is requested for any future violations of the same Code. The Special Magistrate asked if the owner /representative <br />was present. There was no one present. <br />The Special Magistrate wanted to make it clear on record that the first picture showed the Mom's Kitchen sign and the <br />violation was cited and the second picture showed it was down. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner of 4275 S Highway 17/92 was in the audience. There was no one present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding in case 415- 00714. Based on testimony and evidence the <br />property was in compliance but a Standing Order was issued. It was ordered that the property remain in compliance. There <br />was a violation which was first observed/notified on November 19, 2015 of a violation, which has since been corrected. It <br />was found that property was in compliance, as of January 14, 2016. It was ordered that any violations of the same code by <br />the respondent within five years of the date of this order and will be treated as a repeat violation with a fine of up to <br />$500.00 per day of the violation may be imposed. <br />NEWCASE/WITHDRAWN <br />Temporary structures; ULDR Section 2- 7.9(A)(6)(A)(2) <br />® CE -15 -00826 1281 Seminola Blvd <br />Randy Woofruff, Development Services Manager advised that this case is being withdrawn due to lack of <br />service and will be rescheduled for a future hearing. <br />3THER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business to discuss. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />The Special Magistrate adjourned the meeting at 6:45 pm <br />Date: <br />Date: <br />2 Page <br />
