State Contract Purchase of Firearms Ammunition for Police Department Introduction: This item provides for the purchase of firearms ammunition for the Police Department from Lawmen's and Shooters' Supply, Incorporated in the amount of $23,886.16 as priced per Florida State Bid Contract number 680 - 050 -12 -1, Amnninition and Less Lethal Products. Budget Impact: Funds have been budgeted in the FY 2015 General Fund Police Department Operating Supplies account #001- 0610 - 521.52 -00 in the amount of $23,886.16. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Police Chief recommended approval of the firearms ammunition purchase from Lawmen's and Shooters' Supply, Incorporated, vendor Quote number 31230 and CPD -018 Request for Purchase in the amount of $23,886.16. K. Letter of Support for MSBU Process for Aquatic Plant Management for Lake Howell Introduction: This item provides for consideration of a letter of support for the Seminole County MSBU (Municipal Service Benefit Unit) process to entertain establishing an MSBU to provide aquatic plant management services for the entirety of Lake Howell, including certain properties within City limits. Budget Impact: All costs related to staff time, attorney's fees, advertising and mailing costs are collectively estimated to be less than $5,000 and have been budgeted in the FY 2015 budget. Additional costs will not be incurred as a result of approval of the Letter of Support for the MSBU Process. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval ofthe Letter of Support for the MSBU Process, to be signed by the Mayor and forwarded to Seminole County, L. City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity Introduction: The City of Casselberry Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Plan Annual Report of Investment Activity for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2014 is submitted by Corporal James Strenth,
