Resolution 15 -2749 —Agreement for Dispatching Set-vices Addendum for FY 2015 -2016 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FLORIDA, APPROVING AN AUTHORIZING THE FY 2015 /2016 ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR POLICE DISPATCHING SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE -" Introduction: Resolution 15 -2749 approves the FY 2015/2016 Addendum to the Agreement for Dispatching Services between the City of Casselberry and the Seminole County Sheriff's Office in the amount of $461,886.00, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document for and on behalf of the City of Casselberly. Budget Impact: The amount of $461,886 has been allocated in the proposed FY 2015 -2016 Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Interim Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 15- 2749. C. Resolution 15 -2750 — Kathryn Park Replat, SP 15 -01 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMNIISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "KATHRYNPARKRE PLAT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITYAND AN EFFECTIVE DATE" Introduction: Resolution 15 -2750 approves the final subdivision re -plat for EcoPower LLC, as filed with the City on March 18, 2015, for the Minor Subdivision for Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 9 of the Kathryn Park Addition Number One as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 67 located along North Griffin Drive (SP 15 -01), subject to the following remaining conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their Apri18,2015 meeting and additional requirements as stated below: The City Surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat. The applicant, per F.S. Chapter 177, is responsible for the City Survey or and City Attorney fees. The applicant is also responsible for Seminole County recording fees. After City Commission approval, the applicant shall provide one (1) Mylar of the plat executed by the owner and surveyor and any other information requested as part of compliance to F. S. Chapter 177, to be recorded by the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2750.
