Resolution 15 -2770 — Extension of Auditing Services Contract with Moore, <br />Stephens, Lovelace <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT #3 TO THE AGREEMENT DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 27, 2010 WITH MOORE, STEPHENS, LOVELACE, P.A. FOR ACCOUNTING AND <br />AUDITING SERVICES AND AN INCREASE TO THE FIXED RATE OF $50,000 TO BE <br />NEGOTIATED FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED 5 %; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2770 approves Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Moore, Stephens, <br />Lovelace, P.A. dated September 27, 2010 for auditing services and an increase to the fixed rate of $50,000 to <br />be negotiated for an amount not to exceed 5 %. <br />Budget Impact: Ample funds have been budgeted in the FY 2016 budget for auditing services to allow for <br />this contract amendment, including a rate increase of up to 5% over the fixed amount of $50,000. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 15- <br />2770. <br />C. Resolution 15 -2771 — Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Courtesy Towing Inc. <br />for Towing Recovery and Vehicle Storage Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND <br />AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT #3 TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY AND COURTESY TOWING, INC. FOR TOWING, RECOVERY, AND VEHICLE <br />STORAGE SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2771 approves Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Courtesy Towing, Inc. for <br />City -wide towing services, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Revenue for towing services has been budgeted in the FY 2016 budget in the General Fund <br />Other Miscellaneous Revenue account #001 - 0000 - 369.93 -00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2771. <br />D. Resolution 15 -2773 — Piggyback Purchase and Installation of a Wet Well Pump <br />Station for the Brittany Pump Station Rehabilitation Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PROPOSAL AS A PIGGYBACK <br />AGREEMENT WITH UTILITY TECHNICIANS, INC. FOR REHABILITATION OF THE <br />BRITTANY PUMP STATION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
