Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended a meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2015 and shared the following <br />points of interest: <br />- Lynx reported two new routes had been opened, routes 406 and 407, from downtown Orlando <br />to Orlando International Airport and to Medical City. <br />- More lane closures are expected in conjunction with the I -4 Ultimate Project. She urged <br />everyone to periodically check the website, i4ultimate.com to keep abreast of new <br />developments. <br />- SunRail is working on new stations in the DelandNolusia County and Kissimmee /South <br />Orange County areas. <br />- Some results of a transportation public opinion survey showed that 75% of those surveyed <br />would like to live in a community where they could walk and bike safely; the majority of <br />those surveyed were in favor of increasing the gas tax; and 56% of those surveyed were in <br />favor of and encouraged bus and rail transit opportunities. <br />C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />Commissioner Hufford reported that the group had met on Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at the City of <br />Oviedo's new Oviedo on the Park facility which is the future city center. She stated they saw a presentation <br />about the facility and were able to tour the park and the amphitheater area. She stated it was a very nice <br />project, but it was still in the early stages and they still had a large amount of property to develop. <br />F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report <br />No report. <br />G. Lake Concord Park (City Center ) Development Report <br />City Manager Randy Newton reported that Integra Land Company had agreed to make a presentation to the <br />City Commission on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 about the status of their efforts to revise elevations on <br />
