Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant Application <br />Introduction: Consideration to submit a Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant <br />Application in the amount of $1,775 with a proposed match of $3,250 to provide assistance for the <br />revegetation of the shoreline of Lake Concord Park is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Should the City receive an award, a future Budget Amendment will be prepared to recognize <br />revenue and allocate grant funding. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to submit the <br />FLMS (Florida Lake Management Society) Love Your Lake Grant for the amount of $1,775. <br />L. Variance Request to City Code Chapter 58, Section 58 -56, Unnecessary or <br />Disturbing Noise <br />Introduction: Consideration of a variance is requested by Wharton- Smith, Inc. to allow demolition and <br />construction of City projects outside the regular days and times permitted by City Code of Ordinances, Chapter <br />58, Article III, Offenses Against Public Peace, Section 58 -56, Unnecessary or Disturbing Noise. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. <br />
