CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of November 9, 2015 — Regular Meeting Page 6 of 19 Summary Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment #15 -057 amending the City of Casselberry FY 2015 Budget. F. Resolution 15 -2799 — FY 2015 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2015; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2799 revises and amends the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry as approved on September 22, 2014 through Resolution 14 -2654 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014. Budget Impact: The changes are presented in summary in the "Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet and reflect changes in individual funds. A copy of the "Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 15- 2799. G. Resolution 15 -2800 — Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement with Cardno, Inc. "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. I TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH CARDNO, INC. FOR A TWELVE MONTH TERM EXTENSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 15 -2800 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Professional Services for Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset Management with Cardno, Inc. for a 12 -month term extension and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 15 -2800.
