CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of November 9, 2015 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 19 <br />Summary <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Budget <br />Amendment #15 -057 amending the City of Casselberry FY 2015 Budget. <br />F. Resolution 15 -2799 — FY 2015 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL <br />OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2014 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2015; PROVIDING FOR AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2799 revises and amends the annual operating budget of the City of Casselberry <br />as approved on September 22, 2014 through Resolution 14 -2654 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2014. <br />Budget Impact: The changes are presented in summary in the "Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments" <br />spreadsheet and reflect changes in individual funds. A copy of the "Fourth Quarter Budget Amendments" <br />spreadsheet is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 15- <br />2799. <br />G. Resolution 15 -2800 — Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant <br />Agreement with Cardno, Inc. <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. <br />I TO THE STANDARD CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH CARDNO, INC. FOR A TWELVE <br />MONTH TERM EXTENSION; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 15 -2800 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 1 for Professional Services for <br />Geographic Information System (GIS) and Infrastructure Asset Management with Cardno, Inc. for a 12 -month <br />term extension and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />15 -2800. <br />
