Mayor Glancy advised that staff had requested two amendments to the Agenda: removal of Item TH. under Consent Agenda — Approval to Waive the Competitive Process to Issue a Purchase Order to Versacourt, LLC for Resurfacing the Tennis Courts at Secret Lake Park and Related Budget Amendment #16 -009, and addition of Item 9.A under Resolutions — Resolution 15 -2801 — Authorization to Bid and Contract for Purchase 161 Quail Pond Circle, Parcel ID #08- 21 -30- 514 -QB00 -0210. MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to amend the Agenda by removing Item 7.11. under Consent Agenda — Approval to Waive the Competitive Process to Issue a Purchase Order to Versacourt, LLC for Resurfacing the Tennis Courts at Secret Lake Park and Related Bud>zet Amendment #16 -009, and adding Item 9.A. under Resolutions — Resolution #15 -2801 — Authorization to Bid and Contract for Purchase 161 Quail Pond Circle, Parcel ID #08-21-30-514-01100- 0210. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. 5. MINUTES A. Minutes of October 26, 2015 — Regular Meeting MOTION: Vice Mayor Solomon moved to approve the minutes of the October 26, 2015 Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. 6. PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS A. Presentation: Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting Mayor Glancy announced that the City of Casselberty had received the Award for Outstanding Achievement in Popular Annual Financial Reporting for Fiscal Year Ended September 30, 2014 from the Government Finance Officers Association for the fifth consecutive year. She recognized Finance Director Rebecca Bowman and her staff, and commended them on their excellent work in preparing the City's financial reports.
