MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 4:04 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. INVOCATION <br />Commissioner Meadows asked for a moment of silence to honor and show respect for former Casselberry <br />Firefighter/Paramedic Diana Gilboy, who tragically lost her life in a motorcycle accident October 4, 2015. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Commissioner Meadows led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />
