SECTION 3. Subsection (h) of Section 86 -324, Water conservation standards, <br />Chapter 86, Article VI of the City Code is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Section 86 -325, Application of Article, Chapter 86, Article VI of the City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The provisions of this Article shall apply within the City of Casselberry and to all <br />persons using the water resources within the city boundaries s bjeGt to the ter shel4age <br />, whether from public or <br />privately owned water utility systems, private wells, or private connection with surface water <br />bodies. <br />SECTION 5. Chapter 86, Article VI, Water Conservation, of the City Code of the <br />City of Casselberry, is hereby amended to add Division 2, Landscape Irrigation as follows: <br />DIVISION 2. LANDSCAPE IRRIGATION. <br />Sec. 86 -332. Legislative intent and purpose. <br />It is the intent and purpose of this Ordinance to implement provisions, processes <br />and procedures that promote water conservation through the more efficient use of <br />landscape irrigation within the City of Casselberry. <br />Sec. 86 -333. Definitions. For the purpose of this Ordinance and the <br />administrative actions of the City, the following terms, phrases, words and their derivatives <br />shall have the meaning given herein. When not inconsistent with the context, words used in <br />the present tense include the future, words in the plural include the singular, and words in <br />the singular include the plural. The following words shall be defined as follows: <br />(1) "Address" means the house number of a physical location of a specific <br />property. This includes "rural route" numbers but excludes post office box <br />numbers. If a lot number in a mobile home park or similar community is used <br />by the U.S. Postal Service to determine a delivery location, the lot number <br />3 <br />
