D. General Design Criteria <br />2. General Site Guidelines <br />f. Additional Site Requirements: <br />(1) Mechanical structures are not allowed in the required front or side yards. If <br />structures are visible from the street, they shall be screened by a wing wall or fence. <br />(2) There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, equipment or <br />services except as provided for outside dining. <br />(3) All trash and garbage pickup in commercial and town home housing shall occur at <br />the rear of the building. <br />(4) All miscellaneous equipment, including, but not limited to, condensing units, pool <br />equipment, satellite dishes and antennas, irrigation, and recycle bins /garbage cans shall <br />be located in such a way that the equipment is not visible from the primary road. <br />Enclosures or landscape means of treating the equipment is required. However, the <br />screening and placement of the equipment may not interfere with the transmission or <br />reception of satellite dishes and antennas. <br />(5) All utilities shall be located underground. <br />(6) Mail delivery shall be provided at the door of businesses and multi - family <br />residences. If this is not possible, mail shall be delivered to a kiosk that is provided within <br />each neighborhood and /or commercial area. Single family residence mail deliveni may <br />be provided either to the door, via curbside mailboxes or a kiosk that is provided within <br />the neighborhood. If curbside mailboxes are j2rovided, the use of dual mailboxes on <br />each post is required to reduce the number of posts within the right -of -way." <br />SECTION II. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this <br />Ordinance may be re- numbered or re- lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance," <br />may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION III. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any provisions of <br />this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of <br />this Ordinance, or application hereof, is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any Court, such <br />portion or application shall be deemed a separate, distinct and independent provision, and such holding <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Ordinance 08 -1233 <br />
