designation of approximately 5 acres of property consisting of 6 parcels to the MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential) future land use designation as that classification is defined <br />in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, District and General Regulations, as amended and <br />supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, said property being more specifically described as follows <br />and shown in Exhibit A: <br />SECTION 2. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to <br />invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this <br />Ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the <br />City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of the <br />Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the City of Casselberry, Florida adopted <br />zoning map. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty -one <br />(31) days after its passage and adoption.
