inch or one -inch service will be made without charge, a reclaimed water meter will be <br />furnished and installed without charge, and a backflow prevention device for the potable <br />service will be installed at the cost of the device to those customers applying for service <br />during the design period. All existing potable irrigation meter systems may be transferred <br />to the reclaimed water system without any charges during the design period upon request <br />of the homeowner. After construction has started, all normal fees will be charged. <br />(d) JA customer whose service has been terminated may resume reclaimed water service <br />after paying any past due amounts and a reconnection fee. <br />(e) WWhere service has been terminated for a violation of an ordinance or regulation <br />regarding reclaimed water, such service shall not be reconnected until the Director <br />receives adequate assurance and guarantees that such a violation will not recur. <br />(f) Fees for reclaimed water service shall be applied to the customer's monthly water bill. <br />Payment shall be made in accordance with this Chapter. <br />SECTION 3. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City <br />of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br />become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the <br />Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re- lettered to accomplish such intention; that <br />the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />SECTION 4. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any <br />of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this <br />Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or <br />impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 6. EFFECTIVE DATE.
