A communication will be sent <br />to each potential customer at least six months prior to the date established for completion of <br />design, giving the potential customer 90 days to submit written application for reclaimed water <br />service. <br />(b) Customers outside City. The water benefit fees and connection fees shown in Subsection <br />(a) of this Section are for service within the City limits. For service outside the City, the <br />water benefit fee and connection fees for service within the City limits shall be multiplied <br />by a factor of 1.25 effective December 1, 1991, and thereafter. <br />SECTION 2. That Article III, WATER, Section 86 -279, Reclaimed water system <br />charges and fees, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />See. 86 -279.
