Section 2. The Corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, be and they are hereby revised to <br />include the land described in Section 1 hereof. <br />Section 3. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida does hereby find that the lands <br />described in Section 1 are contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, that said <br />lands meet the criteria established by Chapter 171, Florida Statutes, that said lands should be annexed, and <br />hereby consent to the annexation. <br />Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section 1 shall retain a zoning and land use <br />classification established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land Use Plan until <br />otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida. <br />Section 5. All real property lying within the boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, as hereby revised, shall be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes <br />pursuant to law. <br />Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance with the Office of <br />the Secretary of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State of Florida, the Clerk of Court of <br />Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole <br />County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County Tax Collector within 7 days from the effective date of <br />the ordinance. <br />Section 7. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of <br />this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />Section 8. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, <br />unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other <br />Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />Section 9. Effective Date.
