Planning and Zoning Commission to review Official Zoning Map and ULDR text amendments; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission held a public <br />hearing on December 10, 2014 with due public notice to review this ordinance and has <br />determined that it is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, held two public <br />hearings with due public notice to consider the ULDR text amendment and Official Zoning Map <br />amendment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
