<br />imposed. Based on testimony there is a pending contract for sale, based on this and both parties agreement the lien was
<br />reduced to $665. This case would be referred to the City Manager to accept payment and the property owner would have
<br />60 days from October 8, 2015 to pay the amount.

<br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found to be corrected when paid on
<br />September 21, 2015 and the property is now in compliance of City Code Section 26.44, delinquency; penalty for failure
<br />to obtain local business tax receipt. The City is requesting a standing order for any future violations of the same code.
<br />Please note, the 2016 BTR was also paid and is current.
