In case # 09- 00858, 230 <br />Golden Days Dr, it was found that there was a violation for ULDR Section 3 -10.3, a line in the amount of $6,650 was <br />imposed. Based on testimony there is a pending contract for sale, based on this and both parties agreement the lien was <br />reduced to $665. This case would be referred to the City Manager to accept payment and the property owner would have <br />60 days from October 8, 2015 to pay the amount. <br />NEW CASE /STANDING ORDER <br />City Code Section 26.44, Delinquency; Penalty for Failure to Obtain Local Business Tax Receipt. <br />• CE -15 -00931 (City limits of Casselberry) <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that the subject violation was found to be corrected when paid on <br />September 21, 2015 and the property is now in compliance of City Code Section 26.44, delinquency; penalty for failure <br />to obtain local business tax receipt.
