Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 9, 2015 <br />Page 7 <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 15 -08, Mr, Van Meter made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission table SPR 15 -08 to the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting so that this item can be <br />properly reviewed. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. <br />The Board was polled. <br />Robert Phillips <br />No <br />David Henson <br />No <br />Ron Bryan <br />No <br />Nathan Van Meter <br />Yes <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Yes <br />Victor Lutz <br />No <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Yes <br />The motion failed. <br />Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation <br />to the City Commission for the application for the Integra Apartment at Lake Concord Park, residential component of <br />the mixed use center, (SPR 15 -08), based on the site plan dated August 10, 2015, the elevations dated September 1, <br />2015, the findings of fact and conclusions of the information provided in the staff report dated September 9, 2015, <br />including all the waivers except waiver number 1d which is being denied and subject to the eleven conditions of <br />approval outline in the staff report and a favorable recommendation from staff on the facade. Mr. Lutz seconded the <br />motion. <br />Mr. Woodruff said the Planning and Zoning Commission's motion is based on staffs approval. He said staff <br />still has some concerns based on the limited amount of time staff had to review what was presented at tonight's <br />meeting. Mr. Henson said that is between staff and the City Commission. Mr. Woodruff said that staff is <br />uncomfortable with the architectural elevations as presented. Ms. Reischmann said the motion is contigent upon <br />staffs recommendation of the facade. She said if staff is not recommending the facade to the City Commission then <br />it is not a favorable recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
