Request for Qualifications to Provide Golf Management Services Amendment No. One RFQ2015 -0004 AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THE AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 8, 2015 BETWEEN CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND INTEGRITY GOLF COMPANY, LLC. THIS AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT is effective as of the closing date of the purchase by the City of Casselberry of the Casselberry Golf Club from Casselberry Golf Company, by and between the City of Casselberry, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the law of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Integrity Golf Company, LLC., hereinafter referred to as the "Consultant ". WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant entered into an Agreement on June 8, 2015, whereby the Consultant would provide and perform management services for the Casselberry Golf Club; and WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant agreed that said Agreement will become effective as of the closing date of the Casselberry Golf Club by the City; and WHEREAS the City completed its purchase of the Casselberry Golf Club on August 14, 2015; thereby making this the effective date of this Agreement; and WHEREAS, the City and the Consultant desire to amend said Agreement; for the purpose of revising the Public Records provision, to add a Sovereign Immunity provision and to add a Retention of Records provision. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows: I. SECTION 18. PUBLIC RECORDS Delete Section 18. PUBLIC RECORDS in its entirety and replace with the following: 18.
