RESOLUTION 15 -2780 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />AMENDMENT #1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH INTEGRITY GOLF <br />COMPANY, LLC FOR GOLF COURSE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AT THE <br />CASSELBERRY GOLF CLUB; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, an agreement with Integrity Golf Company, LLC. for golf course management <br />services relating to the Casselbeny Golf Club was approved on June 8, 2015 via Resolution 15 -273 8; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselbeny desires to amend the agreement for the purpose of revising <br />the Public Records provision, to add a Sovereign Immunity provision and to add a Records Retention <br />provision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The City Commission of the City of Casselbeny hereby approves Amendment #1 <br />to the Agreement dated June 8, 2015 with Integrity Golf Company, LLC. for golf course management <br />services at the Casselbeny Golf Club, attached as Exhibit A, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said <br />document on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION II. The City Commission hereby accepts the term and conditions as presented in said <br />Agreement. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution proves to <br />be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or <br />effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
