Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve the applicants' request to amend the Legacy Park PD Master Land Use Plan for the purpose of <br />changing the current approved land uses within the Master Land Use Plan by replacing the commercial, neighborhood <br />business, village centers and apartments with the relocated Geneva School and re- designating Tract M -1 from 'Recreation <br />Park' to 'Residential - Garden Homes' including Exhibits A, B, C and D. Mr. Wise seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />with a majority vote with Mr. Bakalla casting the dissenting vote. <br />Mr. Henson said the Planning and Zoning Commission has made a recommendation to the City Commission. He <br />explained that this item will go to the City Commission for their review.
