She said that staff has determined that additional modifications were needed to further improve the update to <br />Article XIII, Landscaping. <br />She said Staff requests the Planning and Zoning Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission for LPA 14 -02 to adopt the draft ordinance for Article XIII, Landscaping as part of the Casselberry Code of <br />Ordinances, as provided in the draft ordinance attached to the staff report dated October 8, 2014 including the City Attorney's <br />modifications. <br />Mr. Hale asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the request. <br />No one came forward. <br />Mr. Hale asked for a motion to address LPA 14 -02. Mr. Henson made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission provide a favorable recommendation to the City Commission for LPA 14 -02 to adopt the draft ordinance for <br />Article XIII, Landscaping, as part of the Casselberry Code of Ordinances, as provided in the ordinance attached to the staff <br />report dated October 8, 2014 including the City Attorney's modifications. Mr. Bryan seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Tenth Item of Business: LPA 14 -04 — Tree Protection: Amending Article XIV Tree Protection to revise replacement <br />requirements and update standards and related references. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, requested this item be continued to the next Planning and Zoning Commission <br />
