Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 10, 2014 <br />Page 2 <br />Third Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on August 13, 2014. <br />Mr. Henson stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the meeting held on Wednesday, <br />August 13, 2014. Mr. Bryan moved to accept the August 13, 2014 minutes. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners. <br />Fifth Item of Business: SPR 14 -09: AT &T. Major site plan review for a 3,004 square foot commercial building on a <br />prepared Oxford Square parcel with an additional 13 parking spaces. Property located next to Bojangles at 200 State <br />Road 436. <br />Ms. Marie Regan, Planner II, reviewed the information provided in her memorandum dated September 10, 2014, and <br />a PowerPoint presentation to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission. She said the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approval of SPR 14 -09, site plan for AT &T retail store at 202 State Road 436, should be based on the information <br />provided in the staff report dated September 10, 2014, the site plan dated August 11, 2014, the building elevations, and the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All landscaping must be maintained in a neat, orderly, and healthy condition. <br />2. All Public Works issues must be addressed prior to issuance of a site construction permit. <br />3. All conditions must be fully executed or the site plan becomes null and void. <br />4. The site plan is valid for one year. Failure to obtain a building permit within one year will result in the expiration <br />of the site plan approval. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Bob Ziegenfuss, 708 Colonial Drive, Orlando, Florida came <br />forward. Mr. Ziengenfuss said he was available to answer any questions. There were no questions for the applicant. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, the <br />request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address SPR 14 -09. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission approve SPR 14 -09, site plan for AT &T retail store at 202 State Road 436, based on the information provided in <br />the staff report dated September 10, 2014, the site plan dated August 11, 2014, the building elevations, and the four <br />conditions of approval outlined in the staff report. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by <br />voice vote. <br />
