Mr. Lingenfelter advised the Special Magistrate that the above cases were heard on 8/14/2014 and not in compliance in <br />the 2 weeks they were given. It was observed by Mr. Lingenfelter and Mr. Cecil that the property is still not in <br />compliance. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding for CE -14 -00570 and 14 -00571 that the court issued a <br />finding that this property was in violation of swimming pool standards and roof maintenance. A fine of $25 per day is <br />imposed, starting 8/28/2014, as of 9/11/2014 the property is still not in compliance and the fine will continue to accrue... <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />• CE -14 -00656 1412 Hilltop Dr <br />Mr. Lingenfelter advised the Special Magistrate that the above case was heard on 8/14/2014 for a fence in disrepair. As of <br />9/10/2014 where has been no changes. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding for CE-14-00656,1412 Hilltop Rd, which the count issued a <br />finding on 8/14/2014 that this property was in violation of fence maintenance. A fine of $25 per day is imposed, starting <br />8/28/2014, as of 9/11/2014 the property is still in violation and the fine will continue to accrue. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS —IN COMPLIANCE <br />Designated parking, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 (B) (11 <br />• CE -14 -00668 1955 Kewannee Trl. <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />CE -14 -00695 812 Coldwater Dr. <br />Carport, porch or patio storage, ULDR Section 3-10.3 6 <br />CE -14 -00696 812 Coldwater Dr. <br />Mr. Lingenfelter advised the Special Magistrate that the above cases were found in compliance by 8/28/2014, they were <br />heard on 8/14/2014 and no fine should be imposed. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that the above cases that a finding of fact, conclusion of law <br />was made on 8/14/2014. The properties were in violation of the ULDR, a fine of $25.00 per day was imposed_ Based on <br />testimony for each case, these properties did come into compliance by 8/28/2014, therefor no fine is imposed. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There was no other business to discuss. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There were no public comments. <br />ADJOURNMENT OF MEETING <br />The Special Magistrate adjourned the meeting at C <br />Date: /& <br />Date: <br />LT <br />2 1 P a g e <br />
