hs CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />M CODE ENFORCEMENT BEARING <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2014 <br />The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, November 13, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselbeny, Florida. Luis R. Guzman, Special <br />Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: <br />Luis R_ Guzman <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />FORMAT FOR PROCEEDINGS <br />The Special Magistrate read the format for proceedings. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the October 9, 2014 hearing. <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of <br />Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint <br />presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Code Compliance- Coordinator <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS —IN COMPLIANCE <br />Pool maintenance /stagnant water_ ULDR Section 3-10.3 7 <br />CE -14 -00770 91 N Sunset Dr <br />Mr. Cecil advised the Special Magistrate the subject violation was found to be corrected and the property in compliance of <br />ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.7. on October 14, 2014, and, therefore, no fines should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner for 91 N Sunset Dr was present. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding for CE -14- 00770, 91 N Sunset Dr, according to the <br />testimony and photographs entered into record, the property came into compliance October 14, 2014. Compliance was in <br />accordance and met with the requirement of the order by this Magistrate of October 9, 2014 to come into compliance by <br />October 23, 2014. Since the property has come into compliance, no fine will be imposed and no further action taken. <br />REDUCTION REQUESTS <br />Disabled/inoperable /unlicensed vehicle.
