Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.(B) <br />• CE -15 -00130 1810 SR 436 <br />Nathan Johnson, Code Compliance Officer advised that staff agreed to a continuance of this case during the May 14th <br />meeting. The property remains in noncompliance, therefore staff recommends that the violation be corrected by June 25, <br />2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after June 25, 2015, until the Fence violation is corrected. <br />Kahn Tran, 1810 SR 436 advised that on the last meeting he requested extra time and explained what had to be done to <br />correct the violation. Mr. Tran asked the Special Magistrate for extra time just in case he can't make it by 6/25/15. <br />Mr. Johnson advised the Special Magistrate that the City would like to stick with 6/25/2015 and if there has been <br />significant progress they would honor additional time Mr. Tran may need. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on the facts entered into record, the property at 1810 SR <br />436 is in violation of ULDR Section 3- 10.3.(B) and to correct the violation by IPM 6/25/2015. If correction is not made <br />by the date given a fine of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues to exist. A hearing will be <br />held on 7/9/2015 at 6:30pm to determine compliance. <br />ULDR Section 3 -10.9 Parking of Recreational vehicles in residential districts <br />• CE -15 -00269 145 Overbrook Drive <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that staff recommended an order that the violation be corrected by <br />May 28, 2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after May 28, 2015, until the parking violation is <br />corrected. The subject violation was found to be corrected on May 28, 2015 and in compliance of Section 3 -10.9. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding that no fine be imposed for this case. <br />Outdoor /open air storage- residential, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.5.C. <br />• CE -15 -00305 327 Elm Dr <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that staff recommended an order that the violation be corrected by <br />May 28, 2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after May 28, 2015, until the property has come into <br />compliance. The subject violation was found not to be corrected on May 28, 2015 and still in violation of Section 3- <br />10.3.5.C. Outdoor /open air storage - residential. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for 327 Elm Dr was in the audience. There was no one present. <br />Finding of Fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding based on evidence that the underlying case came up for hearing <br />on 5/14/2015. A violation was found and an order issued that violation be corrected by 5/28/2015. The violation has not <br />been corrected, there for a $25.00 fine will be imposed to begin on 5/28/2015. <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3- 10.3.(C)(1) <br />• CE -15 -00378 871 Seminola Blvd <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance Officer advised that staff recommended an order that the violation be corrected by <br />May 28, 2015, or a fine of $25 per day be assessed for each day after May 28, 2015, until the parking violation is <br />corrected.
