Property owner, Casselberry Investment <br />Properties, LTD. , the volition was for ULDR Section 3- 14.4., Permit Required for Removal; Exemptions. <br />A representative of the property owner, Lillian Casselberry, has requested a continuance so that she may be present to <br />speak on this matter. <br />The Special Magistrate advised he was aware there was a request for continuance for this case. <br />John Cecil advised that he spoke with a representative of the property owner, Lilian Casselberry and they are out of state <br />and wanted to be present at the time of the hearing, this is the reason for the continuance. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate stated based on the above testimony the motion for continuance will be <br />granted to the next hearing on February 12, 2015. <br />Swimming pool standards, ULDR Section 3 -10 <br />• CE -14 -00949 8 Hitching Post Ln <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance officer gave the following testimony. Property owner, Deborah S. Zopp, the volition <br />was for ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.7., Swimming Pool Standards. <br />The subject violation was found to be corrected and the property in compliance of ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.7. on January <br />5, 2015, and, therefore, no Imes should be imposed. However, staff requests a standing order in case this violation is <br />repeated. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a fording that the property had been in violation and came into <br />compliance as of January 8, 2015, a standing order was entered for any violation of the same code on the same property <br />within 5 days(years) of the date of the order. Repeat violations may be subject to a fore of up to $500 per day for each day <br />of the violation. <br />Carport, porch or patio storage, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 6 <br />i CE -14 -01066 1400 Huntington Dr <br />John Cecil, Lead Code Compliance officer gave the following testimony. Wuerz, the volition was for ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.6., Carport, Front Porch, or Porte - cochere Use. <br />The subject violation was found to be corrected and the property in compliance of ULDR Section 3- 10.3.C.6. on January <br />5, 2015, and, therefore, no fines should be imposed.
