That Section 2- 7.26.C.4.a, "Land use concept plan," Part III Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, Chapter II District and General Regulations, Article VII, General Regulations, of the Code of <br />Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be amended as follows: <br />4. Density and intensity. <br />(6) Assisted Living Facilities. The density calculation in Section 2 -7.33 shall be used. <br />SECTION 4. That Section 2- 7.26.C(4)(h)(3), "Assisted and independent living facilities (ALF /ILF)," <br />Part III Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter II District and General Regulations, Article VII. <br />General Regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida shall be amended as <br />follows: <br />(3) Assisted and independent living facilities (AMILF). <br />Lot Area: 20,000 square feet. <br />Yards and landscape buffers: <br />Seminola Boulevard Setback: <br />SB -2 Overlay Assisted Living Facilities <br />Page 2 <br />
