11. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 15 -2777 - Issuance of Infrastructure Surtax Revenue Bond Series 2015 in the <br />Amount of $9,894,000 and Related Budget Amendment #15 -054 <br />Resolution 15 -2777 provides for consideration of a bond issuance identified as "Infrastructure Sales Surtax Revenue <br />Bond, Series 2015" in the amount of $9,894,000. Related Budget Amendment #15 -054 is provided to recognize the debt <br />proceeds and costs of issuance. <br />B. Resolution 15 -2778 - Repayment of Seminole County Promissory Note in the Amount of <br />$1,511,245 and Related Budget Amendment #15 -055 <br />Resolution 15 -2778 and related Budget Amendment #15 -055 provides for the repayment of a promissory note to <br />Seminole County in the amount of $1,511,245. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. City Labor Attorney Rate Adjustment <br />This item requests approval of a rate adjustment for labor and employment law attorney services provided by the law firm <br />Fisher and Phillips, LLP from $250/hour to $265 /hour effective October 1, 2015. <br />B. Charter Review Committee Appointments <br />Applications are being presented for consideration for appointment of five (5) City residents to the Charter Review <br />Committee. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
