F. Resolution 15 -2775 - Provision of Temporary Easement for Duke Energy Facilities Resolution 15 -2775 provides for a Temporary Easement for existing Duke Energy facilities located within the City of Casselberry's municipal complex and the Lake Concord Park Project. G. Resolution 15 -2776 - Change Order No. I to the Construction Agreement with AJC Construction, LLC for the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #15 -053 Resolution 15 -2776 and related Budget Amendment # 15 -053 provide for Change Order No. I to the Construction Agreement with AJC Construction, LLC for construction of the South Triplet Lake Drive Improvements project in the amount of $69,110.31. H. Application for FY15 /16 Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Countywide Grant This item provides for participation in a grant application through Seminole County for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant funds in the amount of $112,682 for designated use by governmental agencies within Seminole County, including $14,085 by the City of Casselberry for the enhancement and continuance of the Casselberry Police Department's Police Officer Camera Program. I. Reorganization of the Finance Department - Meter Services Division Approval to reorganize the Finance/Meter Service Division is requested. J.
