Garage, Private. An accessory building or a <br />portion of a main building used for the parking or storage <br />of automobiles of the occupants of the main building. A <br />carport would be considered a private garage. <br />36. Garage, Public. A building or portion thereof, <br />other than a private or storage garage, designed or used <br />for the storage, servicing, repairing, equipping and hiring <br />of motor - driven vehicles. <br />37.
