19. Club, Night. A restaurant, dining room, bar <br />or other similar establishment providing food or refresh- <br />ments wherein paid floor shows or other forms of paid <br />entertainment are provided for customers as a part of the <br />commercial enterprise. <br />20. Club, Private. Buildings, facilities and <br />property owned and operated by a corporation or association <br />of persons for social or recreational purposes, including <br />those organized chiefly to promote friendship and welfare <br />among its members, but not operated primarily for profit or <br />to render a service which is customarily carried on as a <br />business. <br />21. Court. An open space which may or may not <br />have direct street access and around which is arranged a <br />single building or a group of related buildings. <br />22. District. Any section of the certain described <br />area of the City of Casselberry, Florida, to which these <br />regulations apply and within which the zoning regulations <br />are uniform. <br />23. Dwelling. Any building or portion thereof <br />which is designed for or used for residential purposes. <br />24. Dwelling, Single Family. A building designed <br />for or occupied exclusively by one (1) family. <br />25. Dwelling, Two Family (Duplex). A building <br />designed for or occupied exclusively by two (2) families. <br />Dwelling, - Famil . A buildinV <br />designed for or occupied exclusively by three (3) or more <br />families with separate housekeeping and cooking facilities <br />for each. <br />7 <br />
