Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1426 - Establishing a Temporary Moratorium <br />for 180 Days Prohibiting the Operation of Medical Marijuana Facilities <br />Ordinance 15 -1426 provides for consideration of a 180 -day moratorium on the issuance of business tax licenses, permits, <br />development orders or any other official action related to low -THC cannabis dispensing organizations facilities within the <br />City limits, <br />13.
