Special Invoice Report Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 65213 - $14,668.83 Luis R. Guzman, Esquire, Invoice No. 16 - $645.00 B. Resolution 15 -2734 - Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation Resolution 15 -2734 provides for a revised agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to receive compensation from FDOT for the maintenance of specific traffic signals along U.S. Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 for Fiscal Year 2016 in the total amount of $33,440. C. Resolution 15 -2735 - Pistol Range Agreement with City of New Smyrna Beach Resolution 15 -2735 provides for renewal of an agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach which allows the Casselberry Police Department to use the New Smyrna Beach Police Department's pistol range for one year. D. Resolution 15 -2736 - Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement between the City of Casselberry, Casselberry Redevelopment Agency, and Casto Casselberry, LLC Resolution 15 -2736 provides for consideration of a Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement between the City of Casselberry, the Casselberry Redevelopment Agency, and Casto Casselberry, LLC to facilitate the site plan approval process. E. Resolution 15 -2737 - State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 Resolution 15 -2737 provides for a State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order (FYI 5/16) with the Florida Department of Transportation which enables the City to receive compensation fi-om FDOT for the maintenance of street lights on U.S. Highway 17 -92 and S.R. 436 for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 in the amount of $51,953.
