CONSENT AGENDA <br />The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 65213 - $14,668.83 <br />Luis R. Guzman, Esquire, Invoice No. 16 - $645.00 <br />B. Resolution 15 -2734 - Traffic Signal Maintenance and Compensation Agreement with the <br />Florida Department of Transportation <br />Resolution 15 -2734 provides for a revised agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation to receive <br />compensation from FDOT for the maintenance of specific traffic signals along U.S. Highway 17 -92 and SR 436 for Fiscal <br />Year 2016 in the total amount of $33,440. <br />C. Resolution 15 -2735 - Pistol Range Agreement with City of New Smyrna Beach <br />Resolution 15 -2735 provides for renewal of an agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach which allows the <br />Casselberry Police Department to use the New Smyrna Beach Police Department's pistol range for one year. <br />D. Resolution 15 -2736 - Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement between the <br />City of Casselberry, Casselberry Redevelopment Agency, and Casto Casselberry, LLC <br />Resolution 15 -2736 provides for consideration of a Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnification Agreement between the <br />City of Casselberry, the Casselberry Redevelopment Agency, and Casto Casselberry, LLC to facilitate the site plan <br />approval process. <br />E. Resolution 15 -2737 - State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement <br />Work Order for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 <br />Resolution 15 -2737 provides for a State Highway Lighting, Maintenance, and Compensation Agreement Work Order <br />(FYI 5/16) with the Florida Department of Transportation which enables the City to receive compensation fi-om FDOT for <br />the maintenance of street lights on U.S. Highway 17 -92 and S.R. 436 for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 in the amount of <br />$51,953. <br />
