E. Budget Amendment #15 -038 - Amending the Fiscal Year 2014 -2015 Budget <br />Approval to amend the Fiscal Year 2015 Budget via Budget Amendment #15 -038 is requested. <br />F. Budget Amendment #15 -041 - Recognition of the Oxford Road Loan Proceeds from Seminole <br />County <br />Recognition of the debt service proceeds as a result of the approval and receipt of a loan from Seminole County for the <br />Oxford Road redesign in the amount of $1,511,245 via Budget Amendment #15 -041 is requested. <br />G. Budget Amendment #15 -042 - Funding for Construction of Utility Improvements Associated <br />with the Lake Howell Road Bridge Project <br />Budget Amendment # 15 -042 provides for funds associated with the Interlocal Agreement with Seminole County for <br />construction of utility improvements related to the Lake Howell Road Bridge Project in the amount of $137,925. <br />S. Neighborhood Improvement Grant Awards for FY14 -15 <br />This item provides for consideration of applications recommended to receive a grant award under the Casselberry <br />Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2014 -15. <br />13.
