Special Invoice Report Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., Invoice No. 64830 - $20,349.59 Fisher & Phillips LLP, Invoice No. 22751- 916885 - $3,325.00 B. Resolution 15 -2731- Pollo Tropical Replat, SP 15 -02 Resolution 15 -2731 provides for the replat of properties at Casselberry Commons to subdivide a parcel to build a Pollo Tropical restaurant to be located at 1401 State Road 436. C. Resolution 15 -2732 - Change Order No. 2 to Agreement with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions LLC for Remediation Services Resolution 15 -2732 provides for Change Order No. 2 to the agreement with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions LLC to provide additional laboratory testing required by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the amount of $3,000 per year. D. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant Management Grant Proposal and Herbicide Application This item provides for consideration to submit a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Invasive Plant Management Grant Proposal and an FWC Uplands Herbicide Bank Application to provide invasive plant treatments for City-owned conservation areas.
