Resolution 15 -2701- Contract for Purchase and Sale of 141 Quail Pond Circle, Parcel ID #08- <br />21-30- 514 -QB00 -0240, & Related Budget Amendment #15 -024 <br />Resolution 15 -2701 provides for consideration of a Contract for Purchase and Sale for the City to purchase real property <br />located at 141 Quail Pond Circle in the amount of $205,000, plus closing costs, and approval of related Budget <br />Amendment #15 -024. <br />10. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 15 -1420 - ULDR Text Amendment to Add <br />"Assisted Living Facilities" Use with Specifications (LPA 14 -07). <br />Ordinance 15 -1420 provides for consideration to amend the Unified Land Development Regulations to add "Assisted <br />Living Facility" as a regulated use with specific living area, parking, design, and density criteria. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Request for Reduction of a Code Enforcement Lien - 852 Turtle Mound Drive <br />Consideration to reduce the Code Enforcement lien on the property located at 852 Turtle Mound Drive for case number <br />CE -08 -03646 from a total lien amount of $201,500 to $1,000, to be paid within 60 days, is requested. <br />13.
