PRESENTATIONS /COMMENDATIONS -None 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken is stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 15 -2700 - Proposal to Amend Agreement with Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions LLC for Remediation of the Former Shell Gas Station Site, Parcel ID #08- 21- 30 -5BI 0000- 002B Resolution 15 -2700 provides for consideration of a proposal to amend the original Agreement awarded to Applied Hydrogeologic Solutions LLC for an additional $14,790 to provide added improvements to facilitate brownfield cleanup efforts of the former Shell Station site located at the corner of U.S. Highway 17 -92 and Triplet Lake Drive. B. Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant Application This item provides for consideration to submit a Florida Lake Management Society Love Your Lake Grant Application in the amount of $1,325 with a proposed match of $2,400 to provide revegetation of a portion of Dew Drop Pond. C. Acceptance of Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant and Related Budget Amendment #15 -023 Acceptance of Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant proceeds in the amount of $16,430 and approval of related Budget Amendment #15 -023 will facilitate the purchase of operating supplies, training and minor equipment to support Police Department's Community Relations initiative projects. D. Piggyback Lake County Contract #12 -0806M for Purchase of Replacement Thermal Imaging Cameras This item provides for the piggyback purchase of six (6) replacement thermal imaging cameras from Municipal Equipment Company, Orlando, Florida in the amount of $49,991.04 using pricing from Lake County Florida Board of County Commissioners Contract #12- 0806M. E. Reorganization of Information Systems Division Approval to re -title and change the position of Network Systems Engineer to Business System Analyst in the Information Systems Division is requested.
