RESOLUTION 14-2588 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "ALOMA CHURCH <br />PROPERTIES, INC. RE -PLAT"; ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF <br />EASEMENTS; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE UTILITY <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Aloma Church Properties, Inc. submitted a re -plat for final approval for the <br />property located at 1815 SR 436; and <br />WHEREAS, the re -plat, including easements, has been provided to, reviewed, and <br />approved by City staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the re - <br />plat on November 13, 2013 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission that <br />included conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, a Utility Maintenance Agreement is required to ensure the utility facilities <br />located on the site are maintained by the owner; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the City's <br />consultants on March 10, 2014. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11 D of the Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />the City Commission approves the final subdivision re -plat for Aloma Church Properties, Inc. as <br />filed with the City on February 28, 2014, including the easements as provided on the subject plat, <br />attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: <br />A REPLAT OF LOT H AND BLOCKS E, F, AND G, AND A PORTION OF THE RIGHT OF WAY <br />OF WINTER GREEN BOULEVARD, WINTER GREEN (A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT).
