A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 14 -1408 - Amending City Code Chapter 58 Offenses, Public Nuisances, and Miscellaneous Provisions Ordinance 14 -1408 adds Article VIII, Nuisances Caused by Human Sign Spinners on Public Property and Public Rights of Way Directing Commercial Messages to Passing Motorists to City Code Chapter 58, Offenses, Public Nuisances, and Miscellaneous Provisions. B. Resolution 14 -2628 - Intent to Use Uniform Method of Collecting Non -ad Valorem Special Assessments for the Construction of a Wall for the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Resolution 14 -2628 provides for declaration of the City's intent to use the Uniform Method of collecting non -ad valorem special assessments for the purpose of constructing a subdivision wall and entryway for the Sausalito Shores subdivision. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Designation of Voting Delegate to the Florida League of Cities 88th Annual Conference Consideration to designate one official from the City of Casselberry to be the voting delegate at the business meeting held during the Florida League of Cities Annual Conference is requested. 13.
