Resolution 14 -2629 - Award of Bid and Agreement with Gregori Construction, Inc. for the Tallwood Drive Culvert Replacement Project and Related Budget Amendment #14 -041 Resolution 14 -2629 and related Budget Amendment #14-041 provide for the award of bid and execution of an agreement with Gregori Construction, Inc. for the construction of the Tallwood Drive Culvert Replacement Project in the amount of $56,499.50. F. Resolution 14 -2631 - Supplemental Agreement #10 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. Resolution 14 -2631 provides for Supplemental Agreement #10 in the amount of $20,000 to the Continuing Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. for general consulting services related to economic development. Piggyback of Lake County Contract 12 -0806B for Purchase of Protective Clothing & Related Budget Amendment #14 -042 Budget Amendment #14 -042 provides for consideration to purchase a set of protective clothing from Bennett Fire Products Co., Inc. in the amount of $2,074 for a newly hired Firefighter Paramedic. The pricing provided is from the Lake County Contract 12- 0806B. H. Purchase of Mobile Data Terminal and Related Budget Amendment #14 -043 The purchase of one Mobile Data Terminal in the amount of $2,415 for the Fire Department to serve reserve apparatus unit and /or serve as a ready replacement for out of service MDT's installed in front line units and approval of related Budget Amendment #14 -043 are requested.
