would also require a permit. The City requests 14 days to be given to the property owner to apply for permits <br />for work being done on the property or a fine of $25.00 would begin to accrue. Mr. Hull presented photos of <br />the property. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the Respondent was present. <br />Pablo Pabon, speaking on behalf of Justin Gaspar the property owner, because of his English not being good. <br />A permit was submitted for windows, they had gone to City hall asking for information. The last permit was <br />for a slab, they have been going back and forth on what was required to pull a permit. <br />FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding in the above case that ownership of the <br />property has been established, no original permit was pulled and the conclusion is the property is in non- <br />compliance. It is ordered that the Respondent come into compliance within 14 days or 4/24/14 or a fine of <br />$25.00 per day.
