CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING APRIL 10, 2014 The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, April 10, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Luis R. Guzman, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE ROLL CALL SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: Luis R. Guzman CITY STAFF PRESENT: Sandra Smith, AICP, Community Development Director Brenda Jones, Acting Code Compliance Supervisor/Recording Secretary Todd Hull, Code Compliance Officer Carlos Hernandez, Code Compliance Officer APPROVAL OF MINUTES The Special Magistrate approved minutes from the January 9, 2014 and March 13, 2014 meetings. SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE The Special Magistrate swore in those who would testify. INTRODUCTION OF CASES Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. FINDING OF FACT: The Special Magistrate made a finding that no fine should be imposed in the above cases.
