CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARING <br />MARCH 13, 2014 <br />The City of Casselberry held its regular Code Enforcement hearing Thursday, March 13, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., <br />in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Mr. <br />Guzman, Special Magistrate, called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />SPECIAL MAGISTRATE: <br />Luis R. Guzman <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT: <br />Sandra Smith, AICP, Community Development Director <br />Brenda Jones, Acting Code Compliance Supervisor/Recording Secretary <br />Todd Hull, Code Compliance Officer <br />Carlos Hernandez, Code Compliance Officer <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The minutes from the January 9, 2014 meeting were not approved; they will be approved at a future hearing <br />after Mr. Guzman listens to the recording. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />Mr. Guzman swore in those who would testify. <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br />Mr. Hull, Code Compliance Officer, advised that all events occurred within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, supporting documents and <br />PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — IN COMPLIANCE <br />Recreational equipment, ULDR Section 3 -10.9 (C) <br />0 CE -13 -01278 385 Piney Ridge Rd <br />Mr. Guzman read this case into record. <br />Officer Hull advised the Magistrate that the above case was in compliance by the date set and no fine should be <br />imposed. <br />FINDING OF FACT: Mr. Guzman made a finding that no fine should be imposed in the above case. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NOT COMPLIANT <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -13 -01255 1741 Lake Dr <br />Mr. Guzman read this case into record. <br />Mr. Hull advised the Magistrate that the above case was not in compliance by the date set by the Board, the property <br />has since come into compliance and fine should be imposed. <br />1IPage <br />
