CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />DECEMBER 12, 2013 <br />Mr. Hull advised the Board that the above cases were in compliance by this meeting date but not by the <br />original notice, a standing order is requested for future violations. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case was in violation of City Code as charged and failed <br />to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the violation is <br />now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from <br />the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be <br />imposed. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. In the event Respondent does not comply by this <br />date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each day the violation continues past the aforestated <br />date. The Respondent is further ordered to contact the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance with this <br />Order. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
