CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING DECEMBER 12, 2013 Pool maintenance /stagnant water, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 7 • CE -13 -01062 1502 Canterbury Cir Hot and cold water supply, City Code Section 86 -162 • CE -13 -01142 523 Brighton Way Officer Hull advised the Code Board that the above cases were in compliance by the date set by the Board and no fine should be imposed. MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NOT COMPLIANT Overp-rown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 • CE -13 -00915 523 Brighton Way Overprown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 • CE -13 -01109 236 Plaza Oval Dr Officer Hull advised the Code Board that the above cases were not in compliance by the date set by the Board, the properties have since come into compliance and fines should be imposed. MOTION: Mr. Herron moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violation by the time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Lutz seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
