CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2013 <br />Officer Hull advised the Code Board that the above case was in compliance by the date set by the Board <br />and no fine should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's <br />prior order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed. Mr. Herron seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS — NOT COMPLIANT WITH FINE <br />Overgrown/trash and debris, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 <br />• CE -13 -00679 529 Grandview Way E <br />Fence maintenance, ULDR Section 3 -10.3 (B) <br />• CE -13 -00689 1040 Seminola Blvd <br />Officer Hull advised the Code Board that the above cases were not in compliance by the date set by the <br />Board, the properties have since come into compliance and fines should be imposed. <br />Jason Ruggerio, Attorney representing Wells Fargo Bank for 529 Grandview Way E, advised this property <br />was in the process of foreclosure. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in case CE -13 -00679 failed to correct the violation <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in <br />that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of <br />compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer <br />to verify compliance. The violation has since complied on 11/07/2013 and therefore, a fine in the amount <br />of $325.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Ms. Aparicio seconded he motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />MOTION: Mr. Herron move to find that Respondents in case CE -13 -00689 failed to correct the violation <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in <br />that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of <br />compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer <br />to verify compliance. The violation has since complied on 11/04/2013 and therefore, a fine in the amount <br />of $275.00 (total accrued fine) is hereby imposed. Mr. Smith seconded the motion.
